You can train with us at Birkenhead’s fully equipped and modern gym, located in Highbury Shopping Centre (35 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead, Auckland).

If you’re not a fan of busy gyms, come in during the quiet time, between 8am and 3pm and chances are that you’ll practically have the whole gym to yourself.

We also offer online training as well as home training in some areas, in which case we come to you!
